Services and Scope
XBlack provides SEO, content creation, link building, press release distribution, online reputation management and related digital marketing services for iGaming operators. Specific deliverables, timelines and KPIs are defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon engagement. We reserve the right to refuse service to any entity engaged in illegal gambling operations or activities that violate our ethical standards.
Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date. Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest charge. Clients with overdue invoices may have services paused until payment is received. Refunds are not provided for completed work. If a client terminates the engagement before the minimum commitment period, fees for the remaining months are due in full.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, traffic data, conversion metrics, link sources, and any information marked as confidential. We do not share client names publicly without written permission. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
XBlack is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes or revenue outcomes. SEO and digital marketing results depend on factors outside our control including search algorithm changes, competitor actions and market conditions.
Intellectual Property
Content created by XBlack (articles, press releases, landing pages) becomes the property of the client upon payment. XBlack retains the right to use anonymized case studies and performance metrics for marketing purposes. Clients grant XBlack permission to link from satellite properties and PR placements to client domains as part of the service delivery.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice after the minimum commitment period. Early termination by the client requires payment of outstanding fees plus a termination fee equal to one month of service. XBlack may terminate immediately if the client engages in fraudulent activity, fails to pay invoices, or operates in violation of gambling regulations.
